We accept only exchange
if an order occurs, it cannot be canceled. We have to pay for multiple services and fees after an order is placed
Promotional orders Sale, Pre-order stuff or clearance products Non-exchangeable, non-refundable
We accept exchanging products a faulty or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days after you get our parcel.
Take photo of your incorrect item and indicate a point of damage. Send us back with your purchase order NO. to firstname.lastname@example.org
We are happy to return your item without additional cost (Not Including shipping cost to send it back to us) Stuff that you return must be in its original (unworn/unused) or remove tags.
We do not accept the returned item if you do not send an email to us within 7 days
Orders that are not retrieved, that are then returned to us are not eligible for return or refund and we bare no responsibility for those deliveries. Except because of our fault (We attached wrong shipping address etc.)
